And “delivery” means you get to try it first: we walk you through the live app and hand you access so you can confirm for yourself that it's real and it works. Then you pay, and everything transfers to you the same day.
On $5,000 and $10,000 projects, if you'd feel more comfortable, we'll run your final payment through escrow at no cost to you — a neutral third party holds it until you approve delivery. Most clients don't bother, and that's fine too. You're never paying into a black box.
